Honey Vinaigrette

Honey Vinaigrette

Aside from leafy green salads, this vinaigrette is amazing on asparagus, green beans, red peppers and broccoli. This keeps for quite awhile in the fridge; just take it out a few minutes before you plan to use it.  To print this recipe as a PDF, click here.


3/4 c. extra virgin olive oil  (or use 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil and 1/4 c. Manestrini lemon flavored olive oil- a personal favorite!)      

1/2 c. Condimento Manestrini Specialty Vinegar

1 T. Honey

1 tsp. whole grain mustard

1/2 tsp. salt

Combine all ingredients either in a glass jar and shake well or whisk together in a small bowl.
